Luke 4:17-19—Jesus’s job description (quoting Isaiah 61:1). Jesus was sent to do the will of the Father (including healing the sick)

 

Luke 4:40-44—Jesus laid hands on everyone who needed healing and healed them all. Everyone of them was not righteous, but it did not stop the power of God. Jesus was sent to heal all that was oppressed by the devil. V.43: It was Jesus’s mission to preach.

 

John 10:10—The job description of the enemy (the devil)(steal, kill and destroy) and Jesus’s job description (“they may have life (being filled with absolute abundance of life) more abundantly”).

3 John 1:2—We put our names in this verse. It is a promise. The will of God is that we should proper in all things (including health). It is not His will that anyone is sick.

 

Luke 12:32—It is God’s will to give us the Kingdom, where there is no lack and no sickness. Jesus gave us the Kingdom by His Spirit.

Matthew 22:35-40—We are called by God to love Him with everything in us. We love our neighbors as ourselves by demonstrating the Kingdom to them through healing.
