Divine healing establishes the sovereignty of God. Jesus has already established the statement here: He comes to give life and give more abundantly.
When we minister healing to people, we are actually enforcing the will of God.
This question is based on a sacred cow: It accuses God of being fickle.
John 10:10—It says God is always willing.
Matthew 8:2-3—This is when Jesus healed the leper. Here the word translated as “I will” should be better translated as “I am always willing and delighted to do so.“
Healing: not automatic, but mechanical. Just like a car which does not drive itself.
The sovereignty of God is in the same way. It is about faith.
The sovereignty of God does not mean God can choose not to heal somebody as this contradicts what Jesus has done. Jesus came to preach the gospel, and the gospel must be demonstrated by using His hand or His word.
Acts 10:38—It describes the mission of Christ. We are anointed with the Holy Ghost, so we have the power. We should deliver whomever we see from whatever that is oppressing them.

When we pray, we enforce “truth” over “facts.” God has already decided 2000 years ago that God’s covenant people did not have sickness (the Israelites).
People ask: If your God is so good, how come there is so much evil and sickness in this world?==> Counter: Genesis 1:24—God has completely given control to man.
Psalm 115:16—It goes hand in hand with Genesis 1:24.

A: Psalm 22:28 talks about the sovereignty, same as Psalm 24. God is the supreme power over the earth and everything. When God gave man the earth, it limited His access to the earth. They do not contradict Psalm 115:16. God needs to observe His word.
The free will God gives us limits His power unless we cooperate with Him. The church limits His power today.
Q2: I pray for healing in our bible study when I am done it like deers in the headlights I guess they never heard someone command sickness to go or they don’t believe the sovereign of God, should I continue to pray like that or just speak in tongues or not pray
