Featured question: “Aren’t we still under the Old Covenant Law of Moses, or at least the Ten Commandments?”
Answer: No. We are under the New Covenant. If we love God and our neighbors, we will be keeping the Ten Commandments. See section 13 of DHT manual.
Participating all Hebrew feasts does not make Christian more spiritual.
Galatians 5:4—“fallen from grace” = “not saved.” We don’t want to be justified by the Law.
Galatians 5:1-6—Doing one of the Laws means you have to do them all. We are under a New Covenant now; the Old Covenant is the Law.
Matthew 22:36-37—The first and greatest commandment. Loving the Lord and your neighbor = doing the Ten Commandments.
Romans 13:8—Jesus paid a very big price to get us from being under the Law.
Galatians 3:1-5—“Oh, foolish Galatians…” Paul was not pleased by the Galatians who wanted to go back under the Law. Jesus fulfilled the Law for us, so we don’t have to go back under the Law. “Hearing of faith!” The just shall live by faith. The Law is to teach us that we need Jesus.
Galatians 3:23-25—“Justified by faith.” The Law is a schoolmaster to bring us to Christ. After the faith has come, we are no longer under the schoolmaster. We cannot do all that’s in the Book of Leviticus. Jesus has made it so easy for us.
Romans 4:1—Abraham was not justified by work. Nobody can work themselves into Heaven even if they try. Our righteousness comes from faith, not our good work. Abraham believed God, and that was counted his righteousness. Faith pleases God. Work people do as a means to get to Heaven is counted as dead work.
Hebrews 8:6-13—Jesus is a mediator of a better covenant. The Old Covenant did not work that well. People could not actually keep the Law. The first covenant was not flawless; so we needed a second covenant. The Old Covenant was not easy to do; Jesus came to give us a new covenant. God can remember our sins; He chooses not to. The reason: Jesus is our righteousness. He has made the Old Covenant obsolete, which is fading away. This sets us free.
Matthew 26:27-28—New Covenant.
John 8:39-58—“…before Abraham was, I am.” Jesus is the Great Prophet. He paid the price so that we can be in the New Covenant.
Acts 15:19—Paul told the Gentiles He was not going to complicate things for them.
He was trying to simplify things for them. God is good, so we don’t have to go back under the Law. Let’s stay in grace and embrace the price He paid for us.

Q1: Philippians 4:6 ESV “do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by PRAYER and SUPPLICATION with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”
Supplication: the action of asking or begging for something earnestly or humbly.
Is asking for healing in a request/ begging prayer not covered by this scripture?
After all, many Christians do receive healing, believing that if they pray this way, they will receive God’s grace and healing.
A: If you beg God for your healing, sometimes God will heal you before He is merciful. If Jesus has already paid the price for our healing, why would we beg for our healing? Sickness is on people illegally, so no need to beg God; just command for that.
Q2: I met a couple who were both deaf I didn’t pray I gave me a healing cloth from JGL should I have prayed for them to ears to open instead of given them a cloth.
A: Those prayer clothes are already prayed for by JGLM. So, no need to pray over them again.
Q3: thinking about how to successfully pray about trauma wounds, and especially the spirit reflecting neurodivergent personalities, ADHD etc.
Also those addicted to AI/ any form of gaming
“Binding , loosing etc.”
A: You can pray the same way as you do in ministering healing. You can command sound minds, and it works. Some of that stuff is caused by a demon. If you cast out the demon, it’s going to leave. Don’t forget we have authority over the devil. It is our job to set it right when we see something not aligning with the Kingdom. We
are supported to do it and set it right because we are Jesus’s hands and feet.
We can simply approach the person and say “I set you free,” because the devil knows what it means.
Also see section 18 of the DHT manual.
When it comes to trauma, sometimes the spirit of infirmity can get into the person.
Q4: Was it the Israelites who actually asked for the law?
A: The asked for better food and a golden calf. The Law restricted these Israelites.
Q5: Is tithing (10%) solely an old covenant law?
A: Our money is all God’s money; technically speaking, tithing is the bare minimum.
Q7: What’s the difference between binding and loosing?
A: Binding = restricting; loosing = permitting.
Q8: Is being justified by faith the same as being born again?
A: Not really. To be justified by faith, you need to repent and proclaim Jesus is the Lord.
Q9: Luke 10:19 talks about us having "authority to trample on snakes and scorpions". What is this referring to? I know Jesus when he spoke about the pharisies he called them "a brood of vipers'.
A: We don’t have dominion over other people; we do have dominion over the devil, all the work of the enemy, and all creations. Jesus called the Pharisees a brood of vipers to show their characters; it does not mean we have/had authority over them.
